The Hanover area has a growing local craft beer scene! Our local breweries are dedicated to their craft and put out a variety of beer styles for everyone to enjoy. You can make a day or a night of going around on your own personal brewery tour.
The brewery is located in the original Snyder’s of Hanover Snack Foods Factory, an operating facility for over 40 years. The pub is adjacent to the brewery – giving an excellent view to see the production line, whilst sipping a fresh pint! They strive to make extremely approachable, highly drinkable beer.

Public House at The Markets is a casual brewpub. The beer is brewed on site using solar-powered energy and they offer mainstay beers as well as experimental and seasonal brews, sours and seltzers. Sign of the Horse provides a comfortable environment for the community to visit and drink a quality hand crafted beer and catch up with friends and neighbors. Sign of the Horse was one of the first taverns in Hanover in the late 1700's. Thomas Jefferson stopped at the tavern on his way to draft the Declaration of Independence.
