Aldus Brewing Company

The brewery is located in the original Snyder’s of Hanover Snack Foods Factory, an operating facility for over 40 years. The pub is adjacent to the brewery – giving an excellent view to see the production line, whilst sipping a fresh pint! They strive to make extremely approachable, highly drinkable beer.

Fat Bat Brewing Company

Locally sourced, crafted, and brewed in Hanover, PA, this female-owned brewery opened in 2020 and quickly became a favorite spot for locals to grab a pint and enjoy local musicians. Check out their Facebook page to catch pop-up shops from local artists, too. The "Fat Bat" - find Spike all around the brewery - including every label and artwork for every beer.

Public House at The Markets

Public House at The Markets is a casual brewpub.  The beer is brewed on site using solar-powered energy and they offer mainstay beers as well as experimental and seasonal brews, sours and seltzers.  Public House also showcases Pennsylvania wine, cocktails featuring Pennsylvania's finest spirits, wine slushies, frozen orange crushes, and more to compliment their cuisine.

Sign of the Horse Brewery

Sign of the Horse provides a comfortable environment for the community to visit and drink a quality hand crafted beer and catch up with friends and neighbors. Sign of the Horse was one of the first taverns in Hanover in the late 1700's. Thomas Jefferson stopped at the tavern on his way to draft the Declaration of Independence.

Zeichen Des Pferdes Bierhaus

German for "Sign of the Horse", Zeichen Des Pferdes Bierhaus is a German themed bierhaus paying homage to Hanover's German roots and traditions. Bierhaus offer a variety of German style beers and food along with more traditional American pub fare and beers.
