Club 2000 Health & Fitness Center | 28 Baltimore St. (717) 632-2009
Locally owned gym Club 2000 has been a part of Downtown Hanover for 25 years. Although the center has a membership program, you don’t need to be a member to participate in their classes. Non-members simply pay a flat fee per class. Zumba, spinning, yoga, kickboxing, Pilates, and tai chi classes are all available at Club 2000.

Has your fitness routine become dull? Try Cross Fit Hanover! Cross Fit is a high-intensity fitness program that incorporates aspects of various exercises and sports to create a workout like no other. Cross Fit Hanover offers classes and open gyms throughout the year for members. They even invite newcomers to schedule a “No Sweat Intro” to learn more about the program and to create a plan for their own fitness journey.

Gold’s Gym is a membership-based fitness center with amenities including cardio equipment, group exercise, a smoothie bar, and a sauna/steam room. The gym also has certified personal trainers on staff to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.

Hanover Area YMCA | 500 George St. | (717) 632-8211
The Hanover Area YMCA offers programs ranging from youth and adult sports to personal growth opportunities. The sports programs include basketball, soccer, volleyball, and field hockey. The center also provides instructional and recreational aquatics as well as gymnastics classes. Be sure to check out the YMCA’s other Hanover location at 650 Fairview Drive.

This fitness facility features 7000 square feet of obstacles much like you would see on the show "American Ninja Warrior." Obstacles include a rock wall, salmon ladder, and quintuple steps. Both kids and adults are welcome to sign up for open gyms and classes (daily and monthly options available). You can even schedule a party at the facility!

Relax, Repair, & Restore

Holistic Harmony opened its doors in mid-2018 in nearby New Oxford. Holistic Harmony is currently the only facility in Adams County that offers float therapy. Float therapy, which consists of laying in a pod filled with water mixed with Epsom salt, can help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also help with muscle and bone aches. In addition to float therapy, Holistic Harmony also offers other preventative therapies including massages and bodywork, health coaching, lymphatic drainage, and colon hydrotherapy.

Located in Downtown Hanover, Just Wellness features services ranging from massages to facials. Just Wellness even offers cupping therapy, a treatment used by professional athletes like former Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps.
